What do we need:

Our Direct Procurement team needs a Supplier Performance Manager who can optimize our supply chain performance and develop strong supplier relationships.

What’s special about this job:

As a Supplier Performance Manager, you will bring Procurement acumen to the category you will support and help influence strategies and optimize supply chain performance with your suppliers. You will execute a range of tasks, including onboarding new suppliers, maintaining vendor data, addressing invoice inquiries, and ensuring accurate pricing updates. You will strategically analyze operations to optimize lead times and support on-time delivery of materials and track metrics of our suppliers in that category. You will lead supplier relationship initiatives, driving continuous improvement programs, addressing delivery issues, and coordinating returns of rejected or unsuitable orders.

Your problem-solving skills will be utilized to alleviate delays within our supply chain operations. With a focus on root cause analysis, you will determine the cause of delays and mitigate constraints as they appear. You will partner with numerous cross-functional teams throughout the supply chain organization and help influence their strategies. A limited amount of travel will be required for this role. Your ability to lead and influence teams and nurture these supplier relationships will continue to drive our business forward.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years industry-related experience, with a preference towards Supply Chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field

• Proficiency with ERP systems, supplier performance tools, dashboards, and Microsoft Office applications, including advanced Excel capabilities.
• Continuous improvement mindset with the ability to identify process gaps, streamline workflows, and drive operational excellence.
