Your Impact

CHAMP is looking for a Project Manager II to play an integral role in managing the growing number of projects and demands of our business. The Project Manager will drive standardized project management methodologies, governance, methods, and tools in managing key business initiatives. The Project Manager will evaluate project feasibility, establish priorities, oversee project delivery, monitor progress, transparently communicate project status and evaluate resource utilization.

What You'll Do

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update project plans across assigned workstreams, ensuring accuracy and accessibility for all stakeholders
• Monitor workstream progress against established milestones and deliverables, providing timely and transparent status updates to relevant stakeholder
• Manage the project change control process – documenting change requests, assessing impacts, and driving approvals through the appropriate workflows
• Continuously assess project activities to proactively identify, log, and escalate emerging risks and blockers, partnering with the team to develop mitigation plans and resolution options
• Lead and facilitate customer and internal project meetings, including status reviews, working sessions, and stakeholder check-ins, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes
• Maintain the RAID Log, project documentation, and reporting artifacts to ensure they remain current, accurate, and accessible to the appropriate stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information System, or a related field; equivalent experience considered
• 3+ years of experience managing software projects
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with MS Project or an equivalent project management platform
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences across all organizational levels
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and or competing priorities
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and entrepreneurial with a strong bias toward action and outcomes.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a software development environment

Salary Range

The expected salary range for this position is $90,000 – $115,000 annually. This is a good faith estimate, and final compensation may vary based on experience and skills.
