Join our innovative, mission-driven team during an exciting growth phase! We are currently hiring a Sales Manager to lead our TeamUp sales team.

As a Sales Manager at TeamUp, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and leading a high-performing sales team dedicated to driving the growth of TeamUp Software within the fitness industry. You will manage and mentor a team of 6 Account Executives, 1 Sales Development Representative, and 1 Account Manager across the US and UK, ensuring they consistently meet or exceed performance targets across all stages of the sales funnel.

Our collaboration hours are 9am-5pm EST Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership & Management: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Account Executives, an SDR, and an Account Manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs across two markets (US and UK).
  • Sales Funnel Oversight: Drive performance across the entire sales funnel, from lead generation and prospecting through to closing. Track and manage key metrics at each stage to optimize conversion rates and sales outcomes.
  • Metric Tracking & Reporting: Establish clear sales KPIs and monitor team performance using CRM and other sales tools. Regularly analyze funnel data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for growth.
  • Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to your team, focusing on improving prospecting, qualification, and closing skills. Tailor your approach to each individual's strengths and development needs.
  • Training & Skill Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance the effectiveness of your team at every stage of the sales cycle. Ensure your team is equipped with the knowledge, tools, and strategies necessary to excel in their roles.
  • Collaboration with Leadership: Work closely with senior leadership to align on sales strategies and sales forecasting. Provide regular feedback and insights on sales trends and team performance.

Required Skills

  • 2+ years of SaaS sales management experience, with a track record of driving results across SDR, AE, and/or Account Management functions.
  • Strong understanding of the sales funnel and experience tracking and optimizing performance at every stage.
  • Expertise in coaching and developing sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.
  • Experience managing or collaborating with international teams is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and sales performance metrics.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to support EST hours Mon - Fri 9am to 5pm EST.

Salary

  • Base range of $90,000 to $102,000
  • Variable of $60,000 to $68,000
  • This represents a total On-Target Earnings between $150,000 to $170,000 per year

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, internal equity, etc.

How You Will Work

This is a U.S. based role supporting EST work hours with flexible work options, including remote, hybrid, or in-office. DaySmart has offices in:

  • Ann Arbor, MI
  • Wayne, PA
  • Austin, TX

Many DaySmart employees primarily work from home, and our teams are structured to operate efficiently in a distributed environment. While we don’t always share a physical office, we work together closely through remote collaboration practices.

We maintain a highly collaborative culture and expect all employees to actively participate in meetings, discussions, and team interactions. This includes joining scheduled video calls with cameras on, contributing to conversations, and being fully present.
