About the Role:
Fetch is looking for a Creative Activation Manager, Partner to bring our most innovative custom partner programs to life. This role sits within The Rewards Lab (TRL)—where brands go to unlock the next big ideas in engagement, loyalty, and commerce. As the Creative Activation Manager for bespoke partner programs, you'll own the execution and delivery of custom campaigns from commercial handoff through launch, ensuring every program is creatively compelling, operationally excellent, scalable, and delivers on the promise sold to our partners.
This role blends creative production, cross-functional program leadership, and operational rigor to transform ambitious ideas into best-in-class partner experiences. You'll lead activation across Sales, GTM, Product, Creative, Marketing, Fetch Creator Club, agencies, and external partners, independently driving complex programs and continuously improving how TRL delivers custom campaigns at scale.
This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.
Role Responsibilities:
Creative Activation Leadership
- Own end-to-end activation of bespoke partner programs, coordinating partners across Sales, GTM, TRL Creative Strategy, Product, Marketing, and Fetch Creator Club from commercial handoff through launch.
- Serve as the creative activation manager for advertising partners, resolving issues without escalation while ensuring every program is delivered with excellence and aligned to partner commitments.
- Proactively identify execution risks and drive cross-functional alignment to keep complex partner programs moving forward.
- Acts as a trusted partner to cross-functional stakeholders, leading execution timelines and communication across multiple concurrent campaigns and programs.
- Partner with the Fetch Creator Club team to activate creator-led commercial campaigns and integrate creator workstreams into broader partner programs
- Build and maintain scalable activation playbooks, templates, and workflows that improve consistency across programs and support long-term execution.
Pre-Sale Planning & Scoping
- Evaluate activation feasibility for custom partner campaigns or programs and translate sold concepts into executable activation plans.
- Align activation requirements, production needs, and delivery plans with partner objectives while ensuring alignment to strategy and brand standards.
- Lead activation intake and requirements gathering across Sales, GTM, Product, Creative Strategy, and TRL to establish clear ownership before execution begins.
- Define activation scope, milestones, and timelines that support successful campaign delivery and clear cross-functional ownership.
- Build cross-functional alignment before launch to reduce downstream execution challenges and improve delivery readiness.
Post-Sale Execution
- Manage timelines, deliverables, creative quality assurance, and cross-functional execution to ensure every campaign is delivered on time and as sold.
- Lead cross-functional execution with internal creative teams, Fetch Creator Club, external studios, and production partners to bring custom programs to life with quality and consistency.
- Evaluate campaign execution, capture key learnings, and use campaign performance, audience insights, and experimentation to improve future partner activations.
Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in creative program management, production, or project management supporting a revenue-driving advertising, partnerships, or go-to-market organization.
- Proven experience leading complex programs or campaigns end-to-end, ideally involving both pre-sale strategy and post-sale execution.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills; comfortable building decks, shaping partner-facing narratives, leading partner discussions, and aligning cross-functional teams.
- Experience leading multi-channel campaign activation across product, creator, social, email, push, and other digital marketing channels.
- Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and enjoys building new processes, creating structure from ambiguity, and continuously improving how teams work.
Compensation:
