This is a hybrid role based in our Chicago location and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are looking for a seasoned Technical Recruiter who is passionate about identifying and engaging the best possible talent. Reporting directly to the Head of Talent Acquisition, this high-visibility role will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment processes for our Technical teams at Grindr, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and stakeholders across the firm. What’s the job?

• Manage full-cycle recruitment process for multiple, complex searches, creating innovative sourcing strategies and engagement to bring the best talent to each role.

• Collaborate closely with leaders and hiring managers across the business to develop a deep understanding of their portions of the business, formulate talent profiles, and serve as a strategic thought partner.

• Develop and improve upon candidate experience in order to ensure all candidates go through a standardized interview process and ensure Grindr is able to continue to attract top talent.

• Regularly manage pipeline activity and maintain data integrity within Ashby, and proactively share data-centric updates with stakeholders.

• Collect, analyze, and share feedback and actionable insights to continuously enhance our hiring process here at Grindr. You'll have the opportunity to identify areas for improvement, streamline efficiency, and increase productivity.

What we'll love about you

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on engineering and product roles with knowledge of the tech competitor landscape

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and evaluate technical qualifications

• Experience working on high-performing teams in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment

• Self-driven and comfortable working in autonomous situations

• Clear communication with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders and departments

• Demonstrate a strategic mindset on moderately complex projects and align strategies with company and team goals
