This role will also be eligible for equity, benefits, and a company bonus program.

This base pay range is for the U.S. and is not applicable to locations outside of the U.S. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, location, and market demands. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.

This is a hybrid role based in our San Francisco office and will require you to be in office Tuesdays and Thursdays.

What’s so interesting about this role?

We're looking for a Sr. Operations Manager to help run and scale the operations of our expanding men’s health telehealth initiatives. In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring day-to-day efficiency, solving operational challenges, and collaborating across teams to ensure patients have a best-in-class experience with our platform and drive successful treatment product launches. You’ll play a key part in managing relationships with our telehealth partners and vendors, while keeping a close eye on metrics and performance to make sure everything runs smoothly as we continue to grow.

What’s the job?

  • Oversee and optimize the day-to-day operations of Grindr’s telehealth services, focusing on improving the overall patient experience and operational efficiency.

  • Work closely with product development, marketing, and legal teams to coordinate seamless treatment product launches, from concept to execution, while tracking progress and addressing issues in real-time.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with telehealth vendors and partners, ensuring they meet our service standards and working with clinical teams to develop patient protocols..

  • Optimize patient flows to minimize pain points and improve conversion rate.

  • Play a critical role in expanding our health verticals, helping to scale our services and contribute to the long-term growth strategy.

  • Use data and performance metrics to stay on top of operational trends, identifying and resolving issues before they become roadblocks.

  • Dive deep into customer satisfaction and retention metrics to continuously improve our treatment and subscription offerings.

What we'll love about you

  • 5+ years in operations with a strong background in managing and scaling digital health or telehealth services.

  • Comfortable navigating the complexities of daily operations while understanding the bigger picture—balancing efficiency with user experience.

  • Experience in building and managing partnerships, especially in a telehealth or digital health environment.

  • Proven ability to work across multiple teams (product, marketing, engineering) to bring projects to life.

  • Strong ability to track, measure, and act on performance data, always looking for ways to improve operations.
