About the Team:
Grindr is an AI-native platform powering how millions of gay people connect globally. With 15M+ monthly users, 130B+ annual messages, and a team of fewer than 200, we move fast, stay lean, and tackle technical problems at a scale few companies ever see.
Our Core product powers the essential experiences that enable connection — from discovery to identity to communication. As a Senior Product Manager, Core, you’ll own and evolve critical parts of the Grindr experience used by millions every day. You’ll work at the center of the organization, partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and Data to ship high-impact improvements that drive engagement, retention, and long-term product quality. This is an opportunity to work on complex consumer problems at global scale while helping shape the next generation of Grindr’s core experience.
At Grindr, we operate in Grindr Mode. Moderately hardcore day to day, truly hardcore when it counts. It’s about doing great work without burning out. Outcomes over outputs. Smart, driven people who raise your bar, with room to live full lives.
