Are you a strategic communicator who thrives on making change meaningful? If so, Hitachi invites you to step into a pivotal role as Stakeholder Engagement Manager within its Global Marketing & Sales (GM&S) team, a high-profile initiative at the very heart of the Hitachi Group.
This is your opportunity to execute stakeholder engagement and programme delivery and shape how change is communicated across a global organisation, driving clarity, alignment, and transformation at scale.
This is a hands-on hybrid role requiring strong stakeholder engagement capability and practical experience using marketing technologies to run the engine behind marketing communications delivery within GM&S.
You’ll be at the forefront of a mission to unite Hitachi’s global & regional commercial teams under a single, powerful vision of ‘One Hitachi’. Working at group level, you’ll help visualise market opportunities, articulate the group’s value proposition, and empower teams to go to market with confidence and cohesion.
You’ll be the voice behind the change, with the ability to articulate your strategy at the highest levels, ensuring stakeholders are informed, engaged, and inspired to act.

What You’ll Do
Stakeholder Engagement & Internal Communication
Propose and implement a tiered stakeholder engagement plan to support GM&S’ mid-term management plan program delivery
Collaborate with senior leadership to coordinate and execute program milestones
Activate program ambassadors across regions and business units
Conduct regular stakeholder ‘temperature checks’ and share insights with leadership
Monitor program KPIs, delivering clear, actionable reporting
Manage a structured cadence of program reviews, adjustments, and continuous improvement
Marketing Technology & Systems
Support the effective use and adoption of agreed tools and suppliers to enable programme delivery, including:
Marketing automation, analytics, and attribution
Day-to-day vendor coordination and user enablement
Ensuring tools and workflows are used consistently to support programme delivery and reporting
What You’ll Bring
7+ years’ experience in a global business environment
Expertise in strategic change management, stakeholder engagement, and internal communications
The ability to influence and drive change at the highest levels of leadership
A proactive mindset, anticipating challenges, setting priorities, and delivering results
Strong program management and strategic communications skills
Cultural sensitivity and a collaborative approach to working across international teams
