The Opportunity

We are looking for a Production Supervisor - High Voltage Direct Current to join our team and lead daily production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will inspire and develop a team of production technicians and operators while driving safety, quality, delivery, and continuous improvement performance.
You will play a key role in ensuring production goals are achieved through effective resource planning, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration. Working closely with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Planning, Materials, and HSE teams, you will help create efficient processes, solve complex challenges, and deliver outstanding results for our customers.

How you'll make an impact
Lead and motivate production teams to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.
Coordinate workflow, staffing, and resources to support changing production demands.
Promote a strong safety culture by partnering with HSE and ensuring compliance with workplace standards.
Drive quality excellence through root cause analysis, corrective actions, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Utilize SQDCI metrics, Tier Boards, and ITM processes to improve operational performance.
Partner with Engineering and Maintenance teams to maximize equipment uptime and support TPM activities.
Coach and develop employees through training, cross-functional skill development, and succession planning.
Champion 5S and Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, organization, and productivity.
Your Background
High school diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a manufacturing-related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing leadership experience; 3 to 6 years of production supervision experience preferred.
Experience with root cause analysis, performance metrics, and operational reporting.
Working knowledge of SAP and production tracking systems.
Experience developing and managing skills matrices, cross-training programs, and employee development plans.
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing methodologies; Kaizen leadership experience is a plus.
