Join Kellanova as a Part Time Sales Communication Agent with the Kellanova Sales Solutions Team you will be providing “Excellent Service. Expert Advice.” to our Retail Sales Field. This hands-on experience will allow you to nurture your professional career by being self-motivated, having a hunger to learn, and to be agile. This position will be up to 20 hours per week and onsite in Battle Creek, MI.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting our Retail Sales Field with Communications and Ways of Working.
- Answer phone calls and emails from our Retail Sales Field employees.
- Assisting with tech projects and assignments such as hardware, software, mobile troubleshooting, and communications.
- Executing Administrative tasks such as new hire kits, shipping and receiving field sales equipment in the office.
- Documenting processes for all Sales Solutions pillars in call center, onboarding, technology, and ways of working.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Must be able to work On Site in Battle Creek, Michigan.
- High School Degree or GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365: Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Teams
- iPad/mobile app support
- Retail Sales field experience
