Title: Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst
Are you passionate about supporting company’s strategy through recruitment? This role plays a key part in delivering high-quality talent to support our business growth by managing full-cycle recruitment for salaried positions across multiple functions. As a Talent Acquisition Sr. Analyst, you will own candidate pipelines, partner closely with hiring managers, and contribute to building diverse and inclusive teams through strategic sourcing.
You will join a collaborative, fast-paced recruiting team that supports multiple business areas and works closely with HR partners and leaders. The role is located in Querétaro and offers exposure to end-to-end recruiting processes, recruiting technologies, and opportunities to work on projects that strengthen how we attract and engage top talent at Kellanova.
A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
- End-to-End Recruiting Ownership — Manage high-volume, full life cycle recruitment across multiple businesses and disciplines, from intake through offer.
- Pipeline & Sourcing Strategy — Build, develop, and maintain strong candidate pipelines using diverse and cost-effective sourcing strategies.
- Hiring Manager Partnership — Partner with hiring managers to provide guidance, market insights, and influence hiring decisions.
- Recruiting Systems Expertise — Serve as a subject matter expert in recruiting systems, processes, and candidate relationship management tools.
- Employer Brand Representation — Act as a Kellanova ambassador by delivering a strong candidate experience and attracting top talent to the organization.
We’re Looking for Someone With
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology, administration, HR or related areas.
- At least 2 years of experience recruiting salaried roles, ideally within a consumer goods or similarly fast-paced environment.
- Hands-on experience with internet sourcing, direct sourcing, Boolean search techniques, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Proven experience managing high-volume requisitions simultaneously.
- Experience working with applicant tracking systems and recruiting CRM tools.
- Advanced level of English.
