Inside Sales & Enablement Specialist

Position Summary

Parker Technology is seeking a smart, proactive, and tech-savvy Inside Sales & Enablement Specialist to help fuel pipeline growth and strengthen sales execution across the business. This role combines outbound prospecting, market research, sales enablement, and process improvement to help Parker identify the right opportunities and move deals forward more effectively.

The ideal candidate is a natural salesperson with strong analytical instincts and strategic thinking skills. This person will build targeted prospect lists, develop and execute outreach cadences, support Account Executives by setting qualified meetings, and use call analysis and AI tools to surface insights that improve sales performance. This role will also work closely with marketing to ensure strong alignment on content needs, campaigns, and initiatives that help create momentum with target accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Outbound Meeting Generation

  • Build high-quality prospect lists using market research, account intelligence, and AI tools.
  • Create and refine call scripts, email cadences, and outreach templates for priority audiences and campaigns.
  • Execute cold calls, cold emails, and follow-up outreach to generate qualified meetings for Account Executives.
  • Research target accounts, market segments, industry trends, and likely business pain points to improve outreach relevance and conversion.
  • Continuously test and improve messaging based on response rates, meetings booked, and feedback from the sales team.

Sales Enablement & Deal Support

  • Observe the sales process and identify gaps in tools, resources, messaging, and workflows that may slow down opportunity progression.
  • Help refine early-stage sales process, especially around outbound prospecting, qualification, follow-up, and handoff to Account Executives.
  • Support Account Executives by helping organize next steps, improve opportunity preparation, and surface ideas that move deals forward.
  • Maintain strong Salesforce CRM hygiene and ensure target accounts, activities, and pipeline updates are documented accurately.

Sales & Marketing Alignment

  • Work hand-in-hand with marketing to ensure strong alignment on sales priorities, resourcing needs, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Identify content gaps that could help move deals forward, including case studies, proof points, objection-handling materials, and voice-of-customer content.
  • Suggest thoughtful account-based touches or campaign ideas, including surprise-and-delight gifting opportunities, persona-specific follow-up, and nurture support.
  • Share market feedback and prospect insights with marketing to help sharpen messaging and improve content effectiveness.

Strategic & Analytical Contribution

  • Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude to improve research, outreach preparation, insight generation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Look across sales activity, conversations, and patterns to identify opportunities to strengthen the overall sales motion.
  • Recommend practical improvements to sales process, sales assets, and internal coordination that increase productivity and effectiveness.
  • Stay current on Parker’s products, services, positioning, and market dynamics so outreach and recommendations remain relevant and credible.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in inside sales, business development, sales enablement, revenue operations, or a related commercial role.
  • Proven ability or strong aptitude for prospecting, cold calling, and cold email outreach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Comfort using and quickly adapting to technology, including Salesforce CRM and AI tools such as ChatGPT and Claude.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and contribute with limited supervision.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Parking, SaaS, B2B services, or technology-enabled services experience is helpful but not required.
