A highly respected regional public accounting and business advisory firm is seeking an experienced Audit Senior to join its expanding Assurance Practice. This opportunity offers the flexibility to work remotely, in a hybrid environment, or from one of the firm's modern office locations.

What You'll Do
- Lead and execute audit, review, and compilation engagements across a diverse client base
- Assist engagement leaders with planning, coordination, risk assessment, and project management
- Review workpapers and financial statements while ensuring compliance with professional standards
- Partner directly with clients to provide valuable business insights and advisory support
- Mentor and develop junior team members
- Participate in consulting, compliance, and special assurance-related projects
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices within the firm

What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of public accounting experience in audit and assurance
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA license or active pursuit of CPA certification preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and auditing standards
- Experience working in a paperless or cloud-based accounting environment
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and deadlines effectively
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement
Preferred Experience
- Experience with CCH Engagement, CCH ProSystem, Checkpoint, or similar audit software
- Prior experience supervising or mentoring staff
- Industry specialization in manufacturing, construction, real estate, or employee benefit plans
