Revela is seeking an experienced Account Executive who is eager to help stand up a world class sales organization while delivering new revenue for the company. You are a self-starter, innately curious, and have an uncanny ability to hunt new business and build new relationships. You have a proven track record of overachieving your targets, and deeply understand the power of consultative selling that finds mutually beneficial solutions for all parties involved.

You Will Contribute By

  • Focusing on generating new business by selling Revela’s solutions to Single-Family and Multi-Family Property Management and Real Estate Investment companies.
  • Conduct outbound efforts to hunt and prospect new business.
  • Partnering with our GTM team to test a variety of demand gen strategies across cold outbound, warm outbound, events, channel partnerships and paid marketing - with the goal of building your pipeline and converting opportunities to deals.
  • Negotiating complex and sophisticated deal structures in a clear and concise manner
  • Articulating the Revela value proposition and demonstrating deep understanding of how Revela can create meaningful business outcomes for our customers.
  • Partnering with our Client Success team for new business handoffs and adhering to a comprehensive sales process within our tech stack (Apollo, Hubspot, etc)
  • Closing new business and overachieving on your targets

Your Background Includes:

  • 5+ years of field sales experience within enterprise software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas
  • Strong track record of navigating complex sales processes and ability to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectively
  • Experience selling into C-Suite and Executive Level management; ability to command the sales process start to finish
  • Ability to effectively hunt for new prospects and achieve new business targets
  • Knowledge of content management, cloud, or other complex SaaS applications preferred
  • A history of being a self-starter, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, move fast and be highly adaptive

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $100,000-$115,000 annually + commission. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
