The Role
We’re seeking a motivated and curious Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us expand our pipeline and introduce Revela to more customers. You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our prospects and play a critical role in shaping first impressions, qualifying leads, and setting our sales team up for success.
This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-moving startup early, learn how great GTM organizations are built, and grow alongside a team with deep experience in SaaS, proptech, and fintech. We are seeking individuals who are passionate about early-stage development and fiercely committed to transforming the property management landscape.
What You’ll Do
- Proactively identify and research property management companies that fit Revela’s ideal customer profile
- Execute outbound prospecting across multiple channels — including cold calls, emails, texts, and LinkedIn messages. Comfortable using tools like Apollo, Orum, LI Navigator, Hubspot
- Qualify inbound leads from our website, assessing needs, team size, and existing systems to determine fit
- Book high-quality discovery meetings for our Account Executives and provide clear, detailed handoffs
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to refine outbound messaging, target segments, and campaign strategies
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records in HubSpot; logging activities, tracking pipeline movement, and enriching lead data
- Consistently hit daily activity targets (50–100 calls/day) and contribute to weekly and monthly pipeline goals
- Share real-time feedback with the team on what messaging and outreach strategies are working — and what’s not
Who You Are
- 1–3 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or similar customer-facing role. Ideally, in SaaS, fintech, or proptech
- Strong written and verbal communicator - clear, concise, and value-oriented
- Curious, coachable, and highly organized and driven to master new systems and workflows
- Proficient (or eager to learn) tools like Apollo, HubSpot, Orum, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where priorities shift and execution speed matters
- Hungry to grow into a long-term career in sales or GTM, and excited to build with a small, focused team
- Based anywhere in the U.S., this is a fully remote role with the opportunity to periodically visit our open-air home office in Detroit for strategy sessions, co-working days, and team hangs

This is a full-time, remote role based in the U.S., offering a total on-target earnings (OTE) range of $70,000-$80,000, inclusive of base salary and commission. Actual compensation may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
