Role Overview

We’re seeking a Director of Product with deep fintech experience and a strong bias for action. You'll lead product strategy, own roadmap execution, and build cross-functional alignment. Ideal candidates bring domain expertise in both fintech and property management software.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve Revela’s product vision and roadmap for our fintech-enabled property management platform.
• Lead and mentor a growing team of product managers and designers.
• Drive execution: launch high-impact features on schedule with measurable business and customer outcomes.
• Partner across engineering, compliance, design, marketing, sales, and customer success to gather insights and prioritize impactful work.
• Leverage data and user feedback to refine and measure product success.
• Cultivate a culture of speed, pragmatism, ownership, and continuous iteration.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management within fintech, B2B SaaS, or payments, with at least 2 years in leadership roles.
• Experience managing product lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
• Proven track record in fintech domains—payments, compliance, integrations, financial workflows.
• Demonstrated bias for action—comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communicator—able to align teams, execs, and stakeholders around strategy.
• Strong analytical and business skills; you tie product decisions directly to business outcomes.
