Position: Investor Relations Specialist – Capital Markets

Position Overview:

The Investor Relations Specialist will play a key role in supporting investor communications, information management, and relationship coordination across the organization. This position serves as a primary point of contact for investor inquiries and is responsible for ensuring requests, records, reporting, and communications are managed with accuracy, confidentiality, and professionalism. Working closely with the Capital Markets, Finance, and Risk Management teams, the Investor Relations Specialist will coordinate investor activity, maintain data integrity across investor platforms and CRM systems, and support the timely delivery of investor materials and reporting. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, proactive team player with strong communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update and create confidential investor accounts within Rockbridge's investor portal, including maintaining contact records and banking information.
  • Primary point of contact for all investor requests or information management through the Investor Relations inbox, to include confirmation of receipt and coordination of timing to provide requested information with other departments within the organization.
  • Maintain investor request tracker and create calendar reminders for responsible parties.
  • Work closely with Capital Markets, Finance and Risk Management teams to provide requested information in a timely manner, following up as needed.
  • Support the Capital Markets and Finance teams through coordination and processing of investor communications and other activity, including quarterly reports, capital activity (capital calls and distributions), ad hoc investor requests, and new investor set up.
  • Work with Capital Markets Executive Assistant to organize and maintain investor records in CRM and follow up with team to ensure database is regularly updated.
  • Provide back-up support to Capital Markets Executive Assistant as needed.
Job Requirements:
  • A detail-oriented self-starter with prior experience in dealing with investor relations.
  • Position requires a high level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information. Any such confidential information must be maintained in the strictest of confidence. Position requires demonstrated poise, tact, and diplomacy.
  • Energetic and eager to tackle new projects and offer new ideas.
  • Must be able to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of the organization as well as investors and other external contacts.
  • A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the company.
  • Must have a resourceful, can-do attitude, take the initiative and have the intuition to be proactive in improving effectiveness and efficiency of the position.
  • Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to juggle multiple tasks and demands.
  • Detail oriented in composing, typing, and proofing materials.
  • Proficiency in a variety of computer software applications, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Adobe applications. Experience with Juniper Square is a plus.
