You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

  • Administering global travel, corporate card, and expense programs to ensure accuracy, compliance, and positive user experience.
  • Analyzing T+E data to identify trends, risks, savings opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Supporting audits, controls, and policy application by evaluating exceptions and applying sound judgment.
  • Resolving complex employee inquiries by providing clear guidance and collaborating with global partners and suppliers.
  • Driving process improvements and scalability by streamlining workflows and supporting system enhancements.
  • Partnering cross‑functionally with Finance, HR, Supply Management, and other teams to align travel and expense practices with business priorities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • 3–5 years of experience in Travel & Expense or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel, corporate card, and expense management programs.
  • Proficiency with travel and expense systems, reporting tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Continuous improvement mindset.
  • Ability to work effectively through change.

  • Learning new platforms quickly and utilizing travel and expense systems, reporting tools, and other digital tools.
