Growth & PMM is a small but growing squad within Grindr's Marketing function. Lifecycle Marketing is the biggest unlock we haven't cracked yet — and our Lifecycle Marketing hires change that. You'll be joining a small, scrappy team to help build Lifecycle from the ground up: executing programs across channels, running experiments, and helping turn CRM into a measurable revenue driver for 15M+ users. No playbook. You'd be helping write it. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role inside a fast-moving team.

This is a hybrid role based in our New York office and will require you to be in person Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Role Requirements
Lifecycle Execution & Programs: Build and run lifecycle campaigns across the full user journey — onboarding, free user retention, monetization, reactivation. Think in journeys, not one-offs.
Experimentation & Learning: Run lifecycle experiments with clear hypotheses and defined success metrics. Measure results, communicate learnings, and treat every send as a learning opportunity.
CRM Operations: Live in Braze day-to-day. Build, QA, and maintain campaigns and journeys with clean architecture and smart segmentation.
XFN Support: Partner with PMM, Product, Brand, and Data on feature launches, GTMs, and tentpole Marketing moments. Execute lifecycle support that makes those moments land.

Process & Intake: Help build and follow the processes that let Lifecycle scale — how work comes in, gets prioritized, gets executed and QA'd.
