Mike Flanagan is the Vice President of Capital Programs at Ann Arbor SPARK and Managing Director of the Michigan Angel Fund, where he supports early-stage tech startups through strategic investments and portfolio management. With a strong background in economic development from his time at the Michigan Economic Development Corporation, Mike has helped design and lead innovative capital programs across the state. He also plays a key role in accelerating angel investing through the Michigan Angel Community. A University of Michigan alum, Mike brings deep expertise in venture capital, banking, and economic growth to Michigan’s tech ecosystem.
