With manufacturing, research and development, and connected-device technology all part of its business, Eagle is actively hiring across multiple roles and disciplines for people interested in hardware, telecommunications, and more.
Folio Photonics
AI needs data. Lots of it. And keeping that data accessible for decades without consuming enormous amounts of energy is becoming a big challenge for businesses. Folio Photonics is reinventing optical storage for the AI era. Built on technology from Case Western Reserve University, its multi-layer optical discs are designed to store enterprise archives and AI datasets for 50 to 100 years while using more than 90% less energy than the tape and hard drive systems that dominate the market today. In June 2026, Folio closed an $8 million Series A co-led by Material Impact and The O.H.I.O. Fund, with JumpStart Ventures, Refinery Ventures and JobsOhio Ventures participating.
Folio plans to acquire a facility in Solon and automate its production process, from chemical synthesis through disc fabrication. Early-adopter units are targeted for late 2027, with technology hiring expected across Ohio as the company scales.
Graici
Graici uses AI to help people keep the health coverage they are eligible for, while giving states and health plans more reliable information to work with. Its Adaptive Data Wallets bring together health, economic, and personal information to automate Medicaid renewals and redeterminations. The goal is to reduce the paperwork that can cause eligible people to lose coverage and make it easier for organizations to verify the information they need.
In February 2026, Graici raised a $7.5 million Series A led by Santé Ventures to automate renewals to prevent eligible people from losing coverage; aggregate health, economic, and personal data for verification; and reduce friction with verified intelligence to state government and health plans.
MediView XR
MediView XR gives physicians a new way to see inside the body during minimally invasive procedures. Its XR90 system fuses CT and ultrasound imaging into a 3D augmented-reality view displayed through a headset, overlaying a patient’s anatomy right where the physician is working.
In 2023, XR90 became the first augmented-reality device cleared by the FDA to combine live imaging with 3D visualization, and MediView partnered with GE HealthCare on the world’s first augmented-reality interventional suite. The company raised $24 million in October 2025, and in August 2026, Cleveland Clinic Weston Hospital completed the first procedure in Florida using XR90: a liver biopsy performed without ionizing radiation.
SCATR Corp.
Data can be encrypted and still be vulnerable while it's moving between systems. SCATR Corp. focuses on that part of the security problem, building technology designed to protect information in transit. Its Zero Trust Transit platform splits network traffic and sends it across randomized paths to make it harder for adversaries to intercept data now and decrypt it later as quantum computing advances.
Founded by professionals from the Department of Defense, intelligence community, and cryptology fields, SCATR has been deployed in more than 50 operational environments across six continents. In April 2026, the company raised a $12.6 million Series A led by First In.
