We’ve spent the last few weeks meeting with companies over Zoom to understand what they’re going through, what they need, and to try to figure out how best we can lend a hand. While many companies aren’t actively hiring right now, it’s actually a great time to be proactive in building a candidate pipeline so that when the faucet turns back on, they’re ready to go.
