Big news came last week from a new Startup Genome report, which recognized Detroit as the #1 emerging startup ecosystem — in the world. 

Other Midwest cities weren’t far behind: Minneapolis came in at #4 and Pittsburgh at #13 👏

Silicon Valley still ranks as the top startup ecosystem in the world, but one thing is clear: emerging tech markets are rapidly growing, democratizing tech opportunities around the world.
